Playtest Participants

If you participate in one of our playtests, we may collect your email address and the information you voluntarily submit through our playtest questionnaire.

We use this information solely to administer the playtest, review feedback, and contact you if we need to clarify or follow up on your responses. If you choose to opt in through the separate checkbox provided in the playtest form, we may also use your email address to send you news, updates, and invitations to future playtests. This consent is optional and is not required to participate in the playtest.

Access to playtest data is limited to authorized Forklift Interactive personnel who require it for playtest administration, research, and product development.

We use Google Workspace and Google Forms to collect and store playtest responses. As a result, your information may be processed or stored in countries outside your country of residence.

We retain playtest information for as long as we reasonably consider it useful for product development, research, record-keeping, or legal compliance, unless you request that we delete your personal data where applicable by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing activities.
